So why would you hire me to stand over you during weight training or coach you in your first ever 5K run, your 10th Ironman or to coach your son or daughter in the 400 meters?
That question should be number one on your list. And if you are searching for a coach and interviewing them, (which you should do) you need to ask them directly, “what sets you apart for helping me reach my goals?”
My simple answer is, WE TRAIN SMART.
Through the years I have coached youth, middle school, high school, college and young and mature adults. I have spent hours of studying in the classroom in biomechanics, nutrition and workout planning and I have devoted time in the philosophy and psychology of coaching athletes. During my time spent in researching and testing I have designed a workout plan that builds power, endurance and speed all in a limited time span.
The easiest and best way to reach your goal is to train smart, train less often and you will get faster, stronger and see results that you can continue to build on without burnout and without injuries.
