I have spent a better part of my adult years just doing that. Motivating and encouraging athletes of all ages to become faster and stronger and accomplish their goals.
I have running programs for beginners to advanced runners. Triathlon programs for youth and adults in all race distances. I have programs that can make you a faster sprinter, hurdler, jumper or cross country runner. Each program is tailored individually for you and once a week we discuss your progress and make changes for the following weeks of training. You have your goals and I have my goals to get you where you need to be and together we will make a great team.
I have worked with every age group, I’ve met every personality of athlete and I’ve seen every challenge from work, family, stress and injury. I make two commitments for every one of my athletes. I will never quit on you and I will get across that finish line.
As every one of my athletes has a custom workout plan designed for them, my pricing is customized for the individual as well. There is a basic plan for each program listed and additional “add ons” that can go with the program.
The basic features of all of my programs are:
1. Detailed written plans delivered weekly Sunday evening or Monday morning.
2. Phone, text or email correspondence to discuss how the past week of workouts went on Saturday or Sunday to allow me to modify the workouts for the upcoming week.
3. Free implementation of all weight training, plyometrics and form drills into your workouts.
4. Free phone, text or email assistance to help you set up fitness apps, watches, bike trainers, foot pods, heart rate monitors or any other product that assists me in helping you become a better athlete.
5. Read my blogs and follow my page on social media to learn training secrets, healthy eating and recipes to try at home.
In addition you can add workout visits. Schedule an On-site visit to your (or my) swimming pool or track and I will show you how to get the most out of your workouts. Meet up bicycle rides where I will check your bike fit, teach you bicycle handling skills and take you through an interval workout. Or visit to your gym to walk you through a dumbbell and box plyometrics workout or form running drills.
