Run Training

Packages for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Runners.

1st Time 5K – 3 month training program that incorporates walking and jogging to complete a 5K (3.1 mile) run. 12 weekly workouts with follow up dialogue each Sunday to discuss the week and any training questions.

1st Time 10K – 3 month training program for a 10K (6.2 miles) that incorporates running, cross training and form running drills. 12 weekly workouts with follow up each Sunday to discuss the week and any training questions.

Intermediate Run Training – 3 to 6 month program that has greater focus on becoming a stronger, faster runner while reducing the risk of injury. This weekly written program will include all running workouts as well as cross training, dumbbell workout, form running drills and some track interval work. I will follow up with you each week to go over the past and upcoming workouts.

Full or Half Marathon Training – 4 to 6 month training program either at the intermediate or advanced level of running. This training will have you ready at the line to complete a half or full marathon, (13.1 or 26.2 miles). Weekly workouts that include road and track workouts, form running drills, dumbbell and core training workouts and box plyometrics. Weekly discussions with talks about nutrition and race day nutrition. Usually requires signing up for a practice race 3-4 weeks before the full or half marathon.
