Beginner Sprint Triathlon – Three month program with 12 weeks of customized workouts to help you complete your first triathlon. Includes feedback on Sunday to discuss workouts and answer questions.

Beginner Olympic Triathlon – Three to four month program designed to give you the endurance and confidence to complete your first Olympic Distance triathlon, (1500 meter swim, 24.8 mile bike and 6.2 mile run). Includes run drills, dumbbell workouts and 12-16 weeks of customized workouts with weekly discussion on your training.

Full and Half Ironman Triathlon – Four to Six month training program to complete a full triathlon, (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run) or a half triathlon, (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run). Includes weekly workouts and all dumbbell, plyometric and form running drills. Weekly feedback and optional assistance with diet, race day nutrition, bicycle fit and swim, bike and run interval coaching.

Maintenance, Off-Season and Extended Triathlon Training – For triathletes that want to continue training to either maintain fitness levels, build on weaknesses or just need a coach to keep them honest. These options are custom tailored for each athlete to keep you motivated with gym workouts, cross-training and weight training incorporated into your swim, bike and run.

Group Triathlon Training – Do you have friends that are entered in the same race and you like to do some training together? A Group Rate is available. Individual, customized workouts for each participant that include weekly follow ups. The same features as the other training plans but the benefit of training with your friends.
