Track & Field Training – Basic to advance training in technique of sprints, hurdles and jumps. Can include workouts but primarily focused on technique and drills to increase speed, strength and great form.
Cross Country Summer Program – Eight to twelve week summer program for middle school, high school and college cross country runners to prepare for the fall season. Weekly workouts customized for each runner with feedback and discussion on Sunday.
Track & Field Winter Prep – Four to eight week program for all middle and high school athletes to prepare for spring Track & Field. Training consists of improving technique in hurdles and jumps and perfecting form in sprinters and distance runners. Optional workout writing and assistance in the gym or weight room are options.
